Thank you for shopping with SAHM Social Club. Please read our Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Overview
All SAHM Social Club merchandise is made to order, fulfilled, and shipped by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment provider.
This means:
Each item is individually produced after your order is placed
SAHM Social Club does not hold inventory
We do not directly pack or ship orders
2. Processing Time
Because each item is custom-made, processing times may be slightly longer than standard retail shipping.
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days
During peak seasons or high order volume, processing may take longer
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery times (after fulfillment):
Domestic (U.S.): approximately 3–7 business days
International: may vary depending on destination and customs processing
Please note that delays can occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, or customs processing.
4. Shipping Responsibility
Since all orders are fulfilled by Printful:
SAHM Social Club is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed to the carrier
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout
If an order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with Printful.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made-to-order through Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size ordered
Buyer’s remorse
Color or style preference
However, Printful will replace or refund items if they arrive:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect (wrong item shipped)
If you experience an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the problem.
6. How to Request a Replacement
If there is an issue with your order:

We will work with Printful to resolve it as quickly as possible
7. Cancellations & Order Changes
Because orders are sent directly into production shortly after purchase:
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started
Please double-check sizing, shipping address, and details before placing your order
