Ambassador Commitments & Chapter Guidelines

Your Chapter, Your Impact:

At SAHM Social Club, our mission is to empower every Branch Ambassador to build and lead their own unique local chapter community—while thriving under the larger umbrella of SAHM Social Club.

We believe in creative freedom and flexibility. Branch Ambassadors are encouraged to shape their chapter through events, collaborations, and local partnerships in a way that reflects their community, leadership style, and strengths—whether that’s highly structured or more casual and organic.

We’ve also made a key choice that sets us apart: there is currently no required membership fee to join SAHM Social Club. Our goal is to keep the community as accessible as possible for all moms, with some optional events or experiences that may include a cost depending on the format or partnership involved.

The club is currently supported through annual service commitments and Clubwear sales, which help us maintain and grow a strong, welcoming national network.

As we continue to expand, we may introduce additional offerings or membership structures to further support the growth of the community—while remaining committed to accessibility, inclusivity, and maintaining the core spirit of SAHM Social Club.

Ambassador Committments:

One-Time Start-up Commitment: $200

The setup fee includes everything needed to launch your SAHM Social Club chapter with clarity, consistency, and full brand support:

- Setup of your chapter-specific Instagram account

- Setup and access to your SPOND chapter management account

- Creation of your chapter logo

- Welcome sticker pack (50 SAHM Social Club stickers)

This is designed as an initial welcome resource to help Branch Ambassadors onboard new members and build community momentum. Additional stickers and branded items are available for purchase as needed.

Creation of your chapter-specific WhatsApp group for local community connection

Access to the Branch Ambassador WhatsApp and SPOND groups for ongoing leadership support and communication

Access to the larger SAHM Social Club brand for credibility and recognition within your local community

Annual Renewal Commitment: $200:

Due upon 1 year anniversary of your chapter

- Keeps your branch active and connected to the national SAHM Social Club network:

- Access to updated marketing materials

- Ongoing support and resources

- Participation in national campaigns and initiatives

Our start-up and annual commitments are designed to support our ambassadors and keep SAHM Social Club free for moms everywhere.

These commitments cover branch-specific branding, social media setup, event tools, and ongoing resources—allowing each branch to thrive without passing costs on to the moms in your community.

What Ambassadors Get:

When you launch a SAHM Social Club chapter, you’re stepping into a supported leadership role within a growing national network.

Branch Ambassadors receive:

- A licensed SAHM Social Club chapter with permission to operate under the brand and host official community events

- Full access to brand assets and systems, including logos, templates, event frameworks, and operational guidelines

- A ready-to-run chapter structure, including event concepts, programming ideas, and proven formats to help you launch and grow quickly

- National brand support and visibility, with opportunities to be featured in campaigns, social content, and broader SAHM Social Club initiatives

- Access to national partnerships and activations, where selected chapters may be invited to participate in brand collaborations and campaigns

- Community and leadership connection, joining a network of other Branch Ambassadors for support, ideas, and collaboration

- Opportunity to grow your local impact, building real-world community connections and leadership experience within your city

Important Guidelines:

1. Leadership Role (Not Ownership)

Chapter Leaders are representatives of SAHM Social Club, not owners.

The SAHM Social Club brand, name, and assets remain the sole property of the organization

Chapter names and branding cannot be used outside of the club

2. License to Use Brand

Chapter Leaders are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use SAHM Social Club branding solely for approved chapter activities in accordance with these guidelines.

This is conditional upon:

Remaining in good standing

Following all club guidelines

Fulfilling any applicable fees or commitments

3. Code of Conduct

All Chapter Leaders are expected to uphold a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment.

Foster a positive, drama-free community

Lead with kindness, inclusivity, and respect

SAHM Social Club reserves the right to remove leadership at any time if these standards are not met

4. Content & Branding Guidelines

Consistency across chapters is essential to building a strong, recognizable brand.

Approved logos, colors, and branding must be used

Messaging must align with SAHM Social Club values

Off-brand or unauthorized content is not permitted

5. Merchandise

All merchandise/clubwear must be ordered through official SAHM Social Club links/website (no outside vendors)

6. Revenue, Events & Partnerships Guidelines: These guidelines help ensure clarity, consistency, and sustainability across all SAHM Social Club chapters while keeping events and partnerships aligned with our mission.

Event Guidelines

Event costs are the responsibility of members who choose to attend

Branch Ambassadors are not financially responsible for underwriting event costs

Ambassadors may host local events and retain a portion of event fees when applicable

Event pricing should remain reasonable and aligned with our mission of accessibility

Brand Sponsorships (Local Events)

We encourage brand collaborations, sponsorships and partnerships between your chapter and local/national brands

Local event sponsorships are allowed when they directly support a chapter event

All brand sponsorships must be communicated to and approved by HQ prior to execution

All collaborations must align with SAHM Social Club values and branding

National Partnerships (HQ-Controlled)

All national partnerships are secured and managed by HQ. This includes:

Multi-chapter campaigns

National brand collaborations

Podcast integrations

Social campaigns across chapters

HQ oversees all strategy, pitching, negotiation, and execution of these partnerships on behalf of the full network.

Participation & Compensation:

Chapters may be invited to participate in national activations

Participation is not guaranteed and may vary by campaign

When participating, chapters may receive stipends, product, gifted experiences, or performance-based incentives

Local Partnerships (Chapter-Level)

Branch Ambassadors may pursue local partnerships such as coffee shops, wellness studios, children’s venues, and community businesses.

Chapter leaders can:

Secure their own partnerships with brands

Keep revenue if partnership is on local level/chapter specific

Guidelines:

Must be approved by HQ prior to execution

Must align with SAHM Social Club values and brand standards

Must not conflict with existing or planned national partnerships

Typically managed and activated at the chapter level

This structure allows us to grow a strong national brand while empowering local chapters to build meaningful community connections. It ensures consistency, protects partnership integrity, and keeps our focus on creating an accessible, supportive space for moms everywhere.
