Host Standards & Licensing Agreement

By joining as a Chapter Host of SAHM Social Club, you agree to the following standards and terms:

Brand Representation

As a Host, you are a direct representation of SAHM Social Club. You agree to:

  • Uphold a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for all members

  • Represent the brand positively both online and in person

  • Use approved logos, branding, and messaging provided in the Host Hub

Community Standards

You agree to:

  • Foster a kind, respectful, and judgment-free space for all moms

  • Lead with empathy, understanding that all members are in different seasons

  • Handle conflict or concerns with professionalism and care

Chapter Leadership

As a Host, you are responsible for:

  • Planning and organizing regular meetups and events

  • Communicating clearly and consistently with your chapter members

  • Maintaining an active and engaged local community

Digital Presence

You agree to:

  • Keep your chapter’s social media active and aligned with brand guidelines

  • Use the official website as the primary link in your bio (excluding approved links such as SPOND and podcast)

  • Follow all brand updates, including logo and marketing changes

Licensing & Use of Brand

This agreement grants you a limited, non-transferable license to operate a SAHM Social Club chapter.

You agree that:

  • The SAHM Social Club name, logos, and materials remain the property of SAHM Social Club

  • You may not recreate, alter, or distribute branded assets outside of approved use

  • You may not create duplicate, competing, or unaffiliated groups using SAHM Social Club branding

Term & Renewal

  • Your Host license is valid through your current term (as communicated upon signup)

  • Continued access to the Host Hub and use of branding requires renewal

  • SAHM Social Club reserves the right to update terms, cost to operate, resources, and expectations as the brand evolves

Termination

SAHM Social Club reserves the right to revoke Host access and licensing at any time if:

  • Brand standards or community expectations are not upheld

  • There is misuse of branding, assets, or platform

  • Conduct is deemed harmful to the community or brand

Agreement

By proceeding with signup and accessing the Host Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the SAHM Social Club Host Standards & Licensing Agreement.
